  1. Where is my free stuff?

  2. Where are my coupon codes so I can get my TRIBE stuff for free?
    Subscribe to the TRIBE PODCAST or TRIBE RSS FEED and you will hear/read these coupon codes in every personal episode. The code will last several months so you won't have to worry about missing an episode or two. You receive the username/password to open this podcast/rss when you donate to join the TRIBE .
  3. How often are the podcasts and/or feeds?
    The TRIBE PODCAST (for iTunes) and TRIBE RSS are delivered twice a month. You can subscribe to both/either.
  4. How long does my subscription last?
    As long as your monthly donation via Paypal stays current your TRIBE membership is good.
  5. Is there any limit to my downloads?
    Nope. Tribe members get unlimited FREE downloads from the new TRIBE area of our online store! Go here to see what is in the TRIBE area right now!
  6. Can I really give my codes away?
    Yep. Tribe members are supposed to share their TRIBE store coupons with their own tribe! No kidding! Go and help others!
  7. How do I contact the Worship Circle to ask a question or to share a concern?

  8. Is this a substitute for the free Worship Circle podcasts?
    No. The content in our Podcast, Vidcast, Techcast, and ChurchThink podcasts are unique and always free for you and your friends. The TRIBE membership gives access to a personal podcast PLUS a unique set of premium resources just FOR THE TRIBE!
  9. How do I cancel my membership?
    You can cancel anytime by logging in to your Paypal account and cancelling the monthly donation.
  10. Can I increase or decrease my monthly Tribal donation?
    Yes. Go to Paypal and cancel your present subscription, then return to the main "Join the TRIBE" page and set up new monthly donation amount. You will have to re-enter your new Username and Password (but only once) when iTunes or your RSS Reader tells you the old one is no longer valid. We wish this was easier, but at least it works!
  11. Is my donation tax deductible?
    No, sorry, this monthly gift is more like a "choose your own subscription amount." If you do want to make a tax deductible gift we will make that link available here soon!
