Description This MP3 Album is collected into a single ZIP file for you to download. It includes album art as well in a PDF booklet! Village Thrift was released in April of 2005. It was the first of its kind, and to this day the only one of what was planned to be a series of Electronica/Pop worship albums. This album opened new avenues for experimentation in worship with its distinctly urban and atmospheric sounds. With collaborative songwriting and acoustic instrumentation interchanged with discovered (thrift) sounds manipulated electronically, Enter the Worship Circle has purposefully used hip-hop and electronica techniques to create a unique sound comparable to David Crowder Band, Telefon Tel Aviv, Beck, Art of Noise, and Portishead. There is nothing else like this in the worship circle catalog, but you can hear little hints of this direction in the 100 Portraits, Time : Remix album. Credits Recorded by Ben Pasley in Colorado Springs, Colorado and by Ryan Lott and Todd Berger in Cleveland, OH. Mixed and mastered by Ben Pasley in Woodland Park, Colorado. All songs written and performed by Todd Berger, Ben Pasley, Robin Pasley and Ryan Lott with a guest performance and contribution by Dee Jay Doc on How Sweet. Design: Todd Berger.
Album Tracks Creation Notes We recorded this album between three studios in Ohio and Colorado. Sharing files over the internet, overdubbing, and sharing again-this was a true collaboration. We tracked in stairwells, bedrooms and living rooms, and mixed it all up for the final version. Important Links Find this album on iTunes Todd Berger's You Tube Robin Pasley Ben Pasley
