At the age of 5 Jefferson wrote his very first worship song and along with his mother's help sang it for his church congregation. Music would play a part in his conversion to Christ at the age of 18 and would continue to be a way that he both hears from and speaks to the Lord. A graduate of Atlanta Christian College in Music Ministry, Jefferson has studied music most of his life. After graduating Jefferson & his wife Andrea spent two years in Atlanta leading worship at Perimeter Church, traveling, and touring with many talented artists and at this time he began to seriously devote himself to the art of songwriting. Now after two more years of leading worship for missionaries passing through London, England and living on the infamous Abbey Road, Jefferson and his wife Andrea continue to sing and lead all generations in worship of their Creator. Jefferson became the Director of Worship at North Cincinnati Community Church in 2012 and is so glad to be there.
The Lord is so good, and the Bennetts have continually experienced this to be the case. They are so thankful for Christ Jesus' finished work on the cross and His continued work of calling the Father's sheep home.
