Career Artists: What is my first step?
Monday, January 19th, 2009Ok, that title is a little overpromising, maybe. Maybe not. This last weekend we hosted 25 folks for an intensive training time we called “The January Gathering.” It was a training retreat for artists here in Woodland Park. It was a great time. We had folks from Texas to British Columbia, from Georgia to Colorado, and they were a super talented bunch with a real heart to encourage each other. One of our folks asked, in a forum, “What are my first steps to moving into more of a career mode?”
