Description PSALM 6- Word for word from the NIV text Creation Notes The ancient Hebrew Psalter put to modern music. The Psalms when they were written were songs that were played and sung. I have been putting the psalms to music for a few years now, and have almost 30 complete. My hope is to continue to put them to music and see how far I can get. Each album will have different musicians joining me, and a slightly different style. This psalm is on the album 7, which is Psalms 1-7. This album was recorded live musically. Myself, and my friends on bass, cello and flute. It is an interesting combination. We recorded the music in one day. I have been trying to put the Psalms to music in their entirety, not taking any verses out, and performing them word for word. Thank you to the NIV for allowing me to use their interpretation.
